To apply for new service
Recently moved and need new service? We have you covered! Hazard Utilities offers water, sewer, and gas service. These services can be obtained by contacting City Hall at (606) 436-3171, or by visiting the City Hall Lobby between 8am and 4pm, Mon-Fri.
Fees
Most services are calculated from the amount of service provided... i.e. how much water you used during month. Please contact us for a copy of the current utility rates.
